Create basis for sustainable academic
and financial co-operation
This project is the initial step
for a sustainable co-operation and
trilateral network between Nepal,
Finland, and Lithuania. During the
project contacts are created between
the staff and Master and PhD-students
of the three Universities. Under this
activity, feasible future co-operation
forms will be surveyed to enlarge
the network and possibilities for
future financial support. The survey
will also include plans for sustainable
co-operation between lighting and
electrical industry and universities
in Europe and Nepal.
The activities of the project aim
to establish a sound collaboration
and exchange network for future. Plans
are made for constant exchange of
students, researchers, and young teachers
at each university, for study, research
and to give lessons. Agreements on
further co-operation on education,
research and industrial actions will
be made during the project closing
seminar "Sustainable co-operation".
