Development of e-learning methods in
China and Europe
This activity will promote the development
of open learning environments and cost-effective
ways of teaching and communication.
The teaching culture in universities
has traditionally been fairly lecture
oriented concentrating on the sharing
and teaching of the information. However,
the challenges of the future require
of the engineers more and more problem-solving
skills, the adapting of the information,
teamwork skills and communicative skills.
The future outlines of the network-based
teaching have to be designed to support
these demands. The e-learning methods
will be applied and tested in post-graduate
teaching and supervising between China,
Finland and Germany.
